 Homeschool Portfolio For  Grade 2 - June 2025- Quarter 1

Hi I am River! I am switching homeschool provider this year. My grade 1 classes ended in June and I was just enrolled in Frames of Mind Homeschool Provider this July and our modality is Independent learner. Thankfully my new school is very understanding. As an independent learner that means my parents get to choose the curriculum keeping in mind the DepEd curriculum requirements and we get to create a portfolio every month where we are trying for the first time. Here is what was happening for the month of June 2025 as we start our brand new school year as a Grade 2 learner.

Math

I helped my mom in her candle business, i counted the stickers, stick them to the products and put the final count in our production inventory for that day. I always love helping out mom in her job in all ways that I could everyday.

Arts

My mom DIY'd a drawing book for me and my brother so we can express artistic ideas in the blank pages. My brother and I also attended the last of the art classes in our previous school and here are our artworks. 

Our poster making entry but we missed the deadline. 

P.E.

My family started pickle ball and I love learning from my parents, they always play with us and we go 3x a week and we play with our family friends too.
